"Food Art Mountain" Exhibition
When the artist's eye meets the cook's soul, the result is a stunning exhibition of culinary photographs, conveying both creativity and sincerity.
For this exhibition, Patrick Rougereau was joined by Emmanuel Renaut, a chef with 3 Michelin stars at the Flocons de Sel and the father-son star duo, René and Maxime Meilleur, chefs of the La Bouitte*** restaurant. Welcomed in their kitchens, the photographer discovered new dishes and let his imagination wander to create new images.
When the artist's eye meets the chef's soul, the result is a stunning exhibition of culinary photographs, conveying both creativity and sincerity. Thus, each dish gave rise to discussion, sharing and finally, with a unique and quirky vision, to surprising images such as the féra wearing chamois horns, a wealth of Alpine lakes, or the Arctic Char adorned with pine branch bones, a nod to Emmanuel Renaut's cuisine often perfumed by this local tree.
A collective adventure to promote local mountain produce, the transmission of ancestral expertise and the culinary traditions of yesteryear. This exhibition, both delicious and enchanting, is a perfect combination of culinary art and photography, and what you see will tickle your tastebuds!
