Megève has always been known for excellence in mountain cuisine: “from field to fork” and the whole catering service. The village is the capital of Alpine gastronomy and so the creation of an event such as this one was inevitable, to carry on the tradition of showcasing the territory, local expertise, flavours and to promote the excellence of local products.
This event provides all of that and more! With the support from the chefs of Megève, including the four Michelin-starred chefs Emmanuel Renaut, Julien Gatillon, Nicolas Hensinger and Anthony Bisquerra, Toquicimes has become THE unmissable event for all chefs and producers since it was created in 2018.

A key event for the pros
To give mountain cuisine all the recognition it deserves, Toquicimes aims to bring together everyone involved in the local food industry, namely the region’s producers, as well as those responsible for creating delicious dishes from their produce, from the chefs in training to the greatest Michelin-starred chef or the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”. With Toquicimes, Megève has created something out-of-the-ordinary, different to what we are used to seeing in the world of gastronomy.
