Our speciality: Aged and matured meats. Our signature dishes (by order): Pierrade (stone grill), Fondue Bourguignonne (beef), Steal Tartare, Carpaccio, Charcuterie (deli meats) platters.
Festive poultry, Foie gras, salmon, and caviar for the Christmas and New Year festivities.
