Our chef, Vincent Vallée, offers traditional French cooking, based on locally sourced fresh produce. Every Friday, during the summer months, enjoy a spit-roast or barbeque on our terrace.

The menu of the Saint Nicolas presents an inventive French cuisine together with the specialities of our region. You will delight in sampling dishes prepared using fresh seasonal produce and products. You will fall in love with the warm and cosy ambiance of the restaurant, a wine list adapted to our cuisine, a well-balanced children’s menu, and all this prepared under your eyes in a kitchen that opens onto the restaurant, enabling you to appreciate the work of the chef and his team.
